Government support for Koori footy tournament

One of the largest Aboriginal community events in Australia, the NSW Koori Knockout, has received funding from the NSW government to showcase the athletic talents of Aboriginal men, women and young people.

The rugby league tournament will kick off in Tamworth on October 3 and is a significant celebration of Community and Culture for Aboriginal people in NSW.

Aboriginal Affairs NSW is the Platinum Partner of this event and Naming Rights Partner of the Men’s Competition.

The sponsorship agreement includes an Aboriginal Affairs NSW stall, 40 weekend entry passes, branding opportunities at the event and online, and promotion during live broadcasts.
