Jobs platform for Indigenous talent ready to launch

September 16, 2025

Jobs4Mob is the first nationwide employment platform led by First Nations people, built to value cultural strengths as a driver of opportunity.

The platform, which launches on September 17, gives mob the chance to build their AirCV, highlight their skills, and connect directly with jobs and training across industries.

Co-founded by Mark and Dean Cunningham, it can work for both job seekers and employers.

Mark and Dean Cunningham.

“As an Aboriginal man, it gives me a sense of pride to support mob into career opportunities. Having a central database that people can access from a phone or tablet is life-changing,” Mark told First Nations News.

“Jobs4Mob meets people at their level — from entry-level roles to senior management. We are not just ‘stones and bones’ people — First Nations people are so much more.”

For Jobs4Mob culture is central to everything they do.

The platform gives mob the chance to build their AirCV, highlight their skills, and connect directly with jobs and training across industries.

Talent pool

It gives employers the opportunity to access a unique First Nations talent pool and build diverse and inclusive teams.

“Skills shortages are real,” Dean said. “Employers need new talent pipelines; Jobs4Mob connects them with motivated First Nations candidates across regions and industries.

“Employers aren’t just ticking a box — they’re hiring talent. First Nations candidates bring resilience, problem-solving, and lived experience that strengthen teams.”

Dean added the company can guide employers through a series of culturally aware steps like interview processes, induction and leave options for Indigenous employees.

And given the opportunity, mob will rise to the occasion. “It’s not a handout — just a hand up,” Mark rightly says.
